“Kairos” is an ancient Greek word meaning the “right and opportune moment.” At Kairos Design Lab we strive to enable everyone by designing the ability to seize these moments and, most importantly, to create them.
In addition to our passion for creating the highest quality hardscaping and environmental design, we are motivated by a passion for creating human-centric innovations, focusing on productivity, education, and wellness. In 2021, Kairos Design Lab brought the Time Machine to the world after a long process of experimentation and development. With many ideas currently undergoing rigorous validation and prototyping processes, keep an eye out for new innovative projects from Kairos Design Lab!
Kairos Design Lab LLC was founded by Ilidor after he graduated from the University of British Columbia with an interdisciplinary degree in economics and commerce. In response to an ever-busier schedule during university, Ilidor’s desire to balance life, work, and long-term goals eventually resulted in our first project: the Time Machine.
